•  Manage department responsible for design, operation, and support of wide area data / voice networking, local area networks, IBM AS400, Informix, SQL, Oracle, and HP UNIX systems.

• Successfully provided greater than 99% system uptime throughout the enterprise.

•  Project management of extensive technical infrastructure projects including budgeting, time-lines, costs, resources, and vendor relationships.

•  Worked on a two person project team which evaluated management controls for the enterprise IT department in reference to Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Developed and implemented additional necessary IT procedures and controls. The Enterprise successfully completed two annual Sarbanes Oxley IT audits from an external audit firm with no material negative findings.

•  Provided technical support for the design and implementation of a modern conference facility including high speed internet, multiple conference rooms and auditorium, and video conference facilities.

•  Provided implementation and ongoing support for multiple applications including Maximo, BPCS, Infinium, Business Objects, MAS 90, Selkirk Treasury Management, Optio, Televantage phone system, and Axapta.

• Managed department consisting of data center operations, systems programmers, mid-range and micro computing technical resources which provided design, implementation and support of micro and mid-range based computing solutions for over 2,000 systems in 300 locations.

•  Extensive project management experience handling both Network Infrastructure and application deployments. Microsoft Project and POEMS experience. Managed multiple projects simultaneously from user design interviews and budget development through code development, testing, implementation, and post deployment stakeholder reviews.

•  Managed Data Center at the Corporate Level as well as secondary responsibility for Data Centers at Divisional Operations Centers. Duties included Data Center design, daily operations, backup rotation schedules for multiple platforms and locations, Disaster Recovery planning, implementation, and testing for critical Enterprise Applications.
