• IT Management background with over 25 years experience in information technologies, production and distribution environments.  Proven leadership qualities,  strong problem solving abilities, attention to details, and exceptional customer service skills. Ability to provide support for a diverse technology environment diagnosing multi-platform hardware and software problems

 

• Management responsibilities include staffing, goal setting, performance evaluations, career path development, continued education, and employee counseling/coaching for a staff of 20+ team members. 

 

• Responsible for negotiating contracts, departmental operating budgets, management reporting, and implementing policies and procedures.

 

• Responsible for the implementation of automated solutions impacting multiple facilities across the enterprise.  Perform project planning, coordinate with internal and external resources, develop and monitor capital budgets and ensure timely successful completion.
